Donations fully fund the La Mirada Symphony’s ambitious goals of offering free full-orchestra concerts and youth programs.

Since its founding, the La Mirada Symphony has evolved from a group of hobbyist volunteer musicians to include many professional musicians we enjoy today. However, excellence comes with a price. As public funding for the arts becomes increasingly scarce, individual support is more vital than ever.

Did you know the actual cost of each concert in our 2023/2024 season was $17,000?

The La Mirada Symphony is extremely grateful to the City of La Mirada for its donations, but they only cover a small fraction of what we need for each concert. The cost of each performance continues to increase which means your donation is that much more important for us to provide Free concerts. There are many ways to help including financial donations, providing gifts for our opportunity drawings, and volunteering.
