The La Mirada Symphony has officially closed the books on the 2025–2026 season. Already, the organization is looking ahead. Four new concert dates are confirmed for 2026–2027. As a result, audiences can mark their calendars now for another year of free, world-class orchestral music at the La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts.
A Season That Brought the Community Together
Throughout 2025–2026, audiences packed the La Mirada Theatre to experience the power of live orchestral music. Families discovered new favorites. First-time concertgoers heard works that moved them. Furthermore, longtime patrons returned for performances that never get old. Every concert delivered something different. Even so, each one fulfilled the same core mission: making live orchestral music accessible to everyone in the region.
For example, the season traveled across American landscapes and through intimate chamber performances. It then moved into the rich traditions of Eastern Europe. Finally, the year concluded with Echoes of Russia. Together, these programs showed what a community orchestra can accomplish and why live music holds a place no recording can fill.

Notably, the season opens with a special Thursday evening performance. After that, the Symphony returns to its traditional Sunday afternoon schedule for the remaining three concerts. Watch for program announcements in the coming months.
