La Mirada Symphony Guild

    
The La Mirada Symphony Guild was formed in 2003 to support the Association by providing financial assistance through various fundraisers throughout the year and by promoting community support and participation in Symphony concerts and events.
   
 
Guild members provide an invaluable presence as they
   
 
  • Act as greeters in the lobby at each of the ADMISSION-FREE concerts during the Season.
  • Provide refreshments and act as hostesses at the reception following the concerts.
  • Help supervise over 2400 students at the annual Student Concerts and provide lunch for the adult and student musicians performing for the event.
    		•
  • Prepare informational materials for distribution to the cities served by the community concerts.
  • Plan activities during the Season to raise funds to support their activities and to contribute to the needs of the orchestra.
  • Sponsor the opportunity drawings held at each concert.
  • Assist the Symphony Association with the annual benefit fundraiser.

      All members of the community are cordially invited to join the Guild. Annual Membership Fee is $15.00.
